Berkeley Capital Partners

Our difference

Berkeley Capital Partners is dedicated to providing trusted debt capital advice to corporate, commercial property and institutional investor clients around Australia.

We work intimately with board and executive teams to objectively evaluate our client’s needs. Berkeley Capital Partners manages the capital procurement process to ensure competitive outcomes for our clients.

With extensive experience across various industries and asset classes, our breadth of knowledge gives us a unique perspective into evolving market conditions, deal structuring and terms.

As an independent, we leverage our experience, capability, and detailed capital partner network to arrange optimal debt packages to meet client needs.

Our core values

We strive to build trust and deliver value for all of our clients.

Partnership

We represent our clients as if we are an extension of their team.

Transparency

We are committed to providing direct feedback to improve client outcomes.

Integrity

We make objective assessments of each opportunity. We only commence mandates where we believe we can achieve the client's objective.

Our Mission

Berkeley Capital Partners

Your partners in excellence

Our mission is simple: to facilitate exceptional capital outcomes for both our borrower clients and capital partners on each deal we advise on.

For borrowers, we seek to secure competitive funding packages which minimise dilution to maximise returns for our clients.

Not every capital partner is the right fit for every deal. We go beyond the mechanics of a deal to ensure maximum alignment between borrower and lender. This is essential for success in the short-term and in building long-term relationships between all parties.

For our capital partners, we are focused on originating deal opportunities which we believe are not only quality credits but that present the opportunity for collaboration with the borrower for years to come.

We measure our success in our ability to generate repeat credit opportunities for borrowers and capital partners.

Your capital partners since 1995

Leading your next success.
